Returns & Refunds
At Eight & Bob, each creation is crafted with the utmost devotion — and we wish your experience to embody the same sense of refinement and ease. Should you wish to return your purchase, we are pleased to offer complimentary returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, each item must be:
- In its original, pristine condition, exactly as received.
- Unworn and unused, with all tags intact.
- Presented in its original packaging, a reflection of its timeless elegance.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items not meeting these conditions will, with our deepest regret, be declined.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To begin the return process, please contact our client service team at customerservice@eightandbob.com, indicating the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:
- A proforma invoice to include in your parcel.
- A return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Kindly refrain from sending any item without prior authorization — such parcels will not be accepted.
Returns are complimentary within the 30-day period.
Please ensure that your product is returned in perfect condition and within its original packaging
Once your return is received and approved, We will issue your refund within 15 days.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes applied by your country’s authorities are non-refundable.
We invite you to carefully inspect your order upon arrival. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customerservice@eightandbob.com so that we may resolve the matter with the care and attention it deserves.
Should you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing your return and then placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the swiftest and most seamless experience.

Write a clear and concise answer to guide your customers. To ensure safe delivery, products must be returned in:
- The original protective box in which they were received, or a similar sturdy box.
- With a copy of the delivery note enclosed.
