WHAT PRODUCT SHOULD I PURCHASE?
WHAT IS A DISCOVERY SET?
A Discovery set contains samples of every fragrance in each of our collections, so that you can get acquainted with all the fragrances before selecting your full size.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron and also PayPal.
Refunds will be processed onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Please return Eight & Bob products from authorised stockists to the place of purchase. These returns will be subject to the return policies of the retailer where the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS BACK TO MY PAYMENT METHOD?
The refund or exchange procedure will be initiated within 72 hours once we receive your product and quality inspection is done.
If your order has already been processed by the courier company, the immediate cancellation of your order will not be possible.
If any reason you are not satisfied, or you wish to cancel your order, you have 5 days to return orders – counting from the date of delivery. For this purpose, the buyer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the reason for the return. Once confirmation is sent, the eightandbob.com team will send a proforma invoice which must be attached to the returned package. The buyer must pay the shipping costs and return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging to: E&B Parfums SL C / Hernan Cortes 29; 46004 Valencia (Spain). Following an authorised return of goods, E&B Parfums SL will refund any purchase orders received within 30 days. However, E&B Parfums SL reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of certain goods in cases where the nature of the goods makes such a return impossible. The costs of returning goods will be paid by the buyer. For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met: The product(s) must be returned under the conditions specified by eightandbob.com. The product must be in the same condition as when delivered and retain the original packaging. The product must be returned in the same protective cardboard box in which it was received (or in a similar protective box) to ensure that the product arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package. Providing the above points are satisfied, E&B Parfums SL will make a refund for returned products.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.
Upon receipt, we will decide, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
DO YOU KEEP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Yes, your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is not stored.
On the other hand, if you agree to receive our communications we will keep your information only for this use.
