Born in the French aristocracy of the 1930s, Eight & Bob traces its origins to Albert Fouquet, a Parisian nobleman with an exceptional passion for fine fragrance. Meticulously crafted for his personal use, his signature scent soon became the subject of admiration among society’s most distinguished circles.
During a summer on the French Riviera, Fouquet met a young John F. Kennedy, who was instantly captivated by the fragrance. Shortly thereafter, Kennedy requested eight bottles for his friends and “one more for Bob” — inspiring the name that would become a legend.
